Our concierge construction service is a make ready service for your listing. With an executed listing agreement with Skelly Agency, our owner, Sean Skellenger, will coordinate the subcontractors to complete the work so your home is looking its’ best and demands the highest price.

The construction service is through a general contractor company, Skelly Home Renovations, which is our sister company.

Examples of our make ready service include:

  • Painting (Inside and Outside)

  • Spraying or Staining Your Cabinets

  • Replacing Countertops

  • Replacing Tile

  • Shower Build Out

  • Handyman Items

  • Electrical Items (new fixtures, pendants, or sconces)

  • Landscaping

We have found that these simple items significantly help in the presentation of your home to potential buyers.

There is no management fee on this service. The cost is directly passed from the subcontractors to you, as long as the total bill is under $20,000. If you do not want to pay until closing, there is an 8.0% markup to wait until you get your funds at closing.
